SUMMARY:Welt-Mikroben-Tag
DESCRIPTION:Endlich Welt-Mikroben-Tag! \n————————–——————- ={%%}=……………… \nFinally\, world Microbe day has come! To celebrate this day adequately\, we put together an exciting program for you. \nAt first\, Gaston & Carmen will prepare a South-American microorganism melting pot. They will show how cow’s milk\, ashes and melasses can turn organic waste into a beautiful bio-fertilizer that is currently enriching the lives of many South American farmers. \nWe will continue with the Microbial-Circus of Alexis/Edible Alchemy that introduces us to the large universe of fermentation. Alexis shows us the do’s and dont’s of fermentation and lets us try Kombucha\, Kefir and many other wondrous-delicious microbial foods. \nAyumi invites us into the traditional Japanese art of Bokashi creation: based on organic material\, a microbe mix and charcoal\, a powerful organic fertilizer is produced. \nThe workshops will be hosted in German\, English & some bits of Spanish\, everybody welcome\, donations happily accepted. \n
